I dreamt this one up at 10pm last night… which is either when my best or worst ideas occur. I’m moving on Saturday, and the only thing I can bring myself to think about, is outfitting my new apartment.
This wish list will be mostly home-based, as I truly do not need any new articles of clothing… but I’ll touch on a few launches I’m excited for and a few home/skin/clothing pieces I’ve currently been loving.
Working on some more creative Substack’s… so I hope this holds you over until then… onto the shopping xoxo
The most beautiful butter yellow snack bowls
FERM living liquor glasses (I rarely drink..)
Chrome lamp… I believe this is a need, not a want
The chair of my dreams from Sunday’s furniture
Lazy Jamie Mug (clearly a chrome theme going on here)
New towels… a necessity
WOK that just so happens to match the Kettle I want
FERM living water/wine glasses that are probably more practical than the above
Sunrise Alarm Clock from Rise Centered
Chrome shelf for entryway
Zara Home lamp
Butter yellow salt bowl
Wayfair version of my CB2 side tables that still live at my parent’s house (sold out on CB2 and I don’t even want to know how much shipping cement tables across Canada will set me back)
Leather basket that is incredibly chic
Custom mat’s that I already purchased on ETSY
Lazy Jamie spiral cutlery
Hotel Ceramics mug that haunts my dreams because I can never check out during the drops
a light studio. lamp… local BC company, and the cutest bedside table light I’ve seen
The kettle I have been waiting to buy for 3 years…
My theme for my new house is “fun”. I want mismatched mugs, and fun dessert plates, colourful glassware, and lamps everywhere. I truly have been missing a sense of home on the west coast, because nowhere I’ve ever lived has felt like it belonged to me.
I am quite minimalistic (my boyfriend would beg to differ), in terms of the way I like to decorate. My mom is quite similar, so it’s what I gravitate towards. I don’t like clutter, or having too much “stuff”. It makes me anxious. But, I think I’ll like having just enough “stuff” to still make a place feel like me. The majority of that wishlist is kitchenware, since that is where the “fun” can occur in my home. I gravitate towards more earthy tones, and greys when it comes to furniture, and can’t see myself adding colour to my home through big ticket items (this scares the shit out of me).
I truly can’t wait to show you how I am going to decorate.
Onto the rest… here are some things I have been loving recently in my current “home” (aka my boyfriends apartment that I took over with all of my stuff), the only 2 things I am putting on my face at the moment, clothing that does not leave my body, and some other random things I use on a daily basis.
Almina Concept Cardigan in *light grey*. I have the dark grey version as well (I love it), but this light grey is 10x softer and feels like such a great spring transition piece
Halfdays leggings… are seriously the best. They hug everything in so nicely, and the waistband doesn’t fall down… my favourite
Fable Home Cappuccino cups *in beachgrass green*. I started drinking coffee again on a daily basis about ~3 months ago, and these make that morning routine so much better
Almina Concept Barn Jacket, my perfect spring transition piece (I also have been wearing it with that white tee + sweats and it looks fab)
Okay to Rest White tee… this is nothing new, simply just my favourite white t-shirt on the market. Restocking tomorrow, or Saturday I believe and I will be buying more :)
ILIA eye cream. I didn’t use eye-cream before, but this is so soothing in the AM and I’ve noticed a difference after about 4 weeks of consistent use
Salomon XT-4, the newest colour way I’ve gotten my hands on is this dark olive… it is seriously dreamy in person, trust me
ILIA makeup brush. I don’t wear a lot of makeup (never on a daily basis, only if i’m heading out somewhere *dinner, event, shoot, etc*), but this is the best makeup brush I’ve ever used
SIDIA pocket fragrance. It’s so woody, earthy and yummy- my go to recently for when I need a quick refresh while I’m out and about
Aritzia Balloon sweatpants. I actually swore off sweats for a hot-minute because my jeans were more comfortable than all sweatpants I owned… but I picked up the heather light grey & heather chrome in these and have been living in them ever since
Bose home speaker, not only a cute decor piece, but adds the perfect ambience.
The perfect accompaniment to #12, Bose over-ear headphones. I was a strict AirPods girl after buying, and quickly returning the Apple AirPods Max ~2 years ago, but I think these have converted me. Perfect for coffee-shop work as the noise cancellation is top-tier.
OURA ring version 4… I have been wearing mine for 54 days now, and I could not recommend it more. I particularly enjoy the stress function, which has quickly made me realize that I should take more time to meditate, and calm my mind *I love using OPEN for this*
Lululemon sports bra, my current favourite for running, pilates, and skiing. So supportive and no cup inserts that I had to remove which I greatly appreciate
AKILA sunglasses… these have been my go to pair as of late
Crown Affair Hair brush, I’ve been using this specific one, with the wooden bristles for the last 2 years, and I cannot recommend enough. I forgot to pack it for a weekend away in Whistler, and I felt lost
ahhhh… the balenciaga city bag of my dreams. I scoured and scoured the internet for a cobalt blue version, and when this popped up, I just knew it was meant to be. I am actually in love with this bag, and I can’t shut up about it. Here are some other’s I saved during my search: 1, 2, 3
Dr Loretta Milky Essence… lightweight, refreshing and incredibly hydrating. Clean ingredients and transparency, I am a Dr. Loretta lifetime customer
Ok, that’s all for now… I’ve given you enough links to perhaps last a lifetime… be back soon xox

I've been pining over that Almina Concepts cardigan since I saw the dark grey one on your TikTok. But WOW the light grey...might have to pull the trigger this year. Thanks for sharing!
tbh the baina towels and the fellow kettle are some of the best purchases that my bf and i have ever made and i was reluctant about both
