I hope everyone’s been getting the same sweet taste of Spring that I’m oh-so enjoying over here in Vancouver. I have been exceptionally excited to get dressed recently. I am most certainly not wearing anything revolutionary… but it’s exciting nonetheless.
I think it’s because I finally have access to the second half of my shoes/sandals that get tucked away for the winter time. I have always, and will always be a firm believer that shoes make or break an outfit. I also feel like I’m lacking in the shoe department (however I have 0 space to store more shoes)… but more on this later.
First things first, here are some looks I’ve worn recently that feel like a 100% direct reflection of my personal style. If you’ve been here for a hot minute, you know that I was going through a: "WTF is going on” rut phase in terms of dressing/styling/wanting to get dressed for a moment. Glad to confirm that that’s over and done with.
Coming at you live with what’s currently on my body… I forgot how much I FREAKIN love these shoes. They just make everything feel fun and new… I’m obsessed. This look is full LESET, with a pair of my favourite pants, and 2 layered margo tees. As someone who religiously wears t-shirts, it’s so fun to get creative with how I can spruce up a look and make it feel fun and fresh. I’ve been loving a layered tee look recently.
Bag is gimaguas, shoes are Freda Salvador, and sunglasses are Akila.
Creams/whites/blues have been my consistent colour palate for the last month. Maybe I’m just being patriotic (my family is Greek)… but these are the colours I feel most drawn to.

I love a bandana. On everything- with every outfit- seriously. It adds texture, dimension, makes something feel unique and interesting. I’ve been wearing them as scarves, tying them onto bags, and occasionally cosplaying ‘Prision Mike’ when I’m camping.
Big baggy silhouettes remain in my constant rotation this season. Being comfortable is truly my only priority when dressing.
This cotton Donni sweater is the perfect Spring/Summer layer. I find it a little bit too light for the winter time, but I always bring her out of hibernation during transitional periods. I’ve spoken about the OZMA pants numerous times… but I promise, they are truly magnificent. I go through phases with these Carhartt Overalls also. I bought them in person at Gravitypope 2 years ago… and wanted them SO bad (thank you, Courtney Grow), that I was willing to buy any size. I flip flop between thinking I’m swimming in them, and thinking they’re the perfect fit… but right now I’m into it.

More looks that just resemble everything I care about when it comes to dressing. Layering, damn good accessories, comfortability, and wearing clothing that is 3 sizes too big for you.
The Hikerkind puffer, might be one of the most magnificent jackets in my extensive collection… I know puffer season has pretty much come to a close, but living in the PNW it never truly goes away. I am too excited for this to be my companion on chilly morning strolls, and on overnight expeditions.
This green look (full Reformation- top + bottoms), is one of my favourite looks I’ve ever worn. It doesn’t seem like too much was going on… because it wasn’t- but it was truly the perfect outfit. I paired it with a Jenny bird bobble necklace, my trusty cobalt blue vintage Balenciaga (with a bandana attached- of course), and the classic Khaite Marfa boots.
Last note on this styling/recent outfits segment… the Still Here sweatshirt knocks every other sweatshirt (other than a vintage one, obviously) out of the damn park. The structure, the softness, the COLOUR. I am living in this and plan on buying numerous others.
RE: feeling like I’m missing crucial shoes in my wardrobe. I own perhaps 1 too many pairs of Salomon’s (i’m not upset about this at all), but feel like I’m heavily lacking in the elevated shoe department. My beloved Freda + Camper loafers will remain, but I want to have some more options. I just bought two sandals from Free People (you know I’m a sucker for a stud + this sporty number)… but have been perusing for some more options.
Here’s what I’ve found:
