Summer is On!
What I'm going to be wearing this summer
Every Spring I take a peek into my closet (which ultimately consists of denim, white tees, and sweaters), and ponder what I’m going to be wearing all summer long. In previous years, I certainly went the boxer short + white tank top route every single day (this is still apart of my rotation, don’t worry)- but this summer I want to be more daring (only slightly), more fun, and more expressive.
For me, this is the summer of the insanely cool pearl necklace, adding tops that aren’t t-shirts, sheer skirts (this is extra daring for me, because I am not a skirt girl), mesh beach cover ups, fun bikinis, leather sandals, silver bags, and a really f**king good tan.
As all good things do, it began with a scroll through trusty Pinterest. Now, yes- I still found myself gravitating towards photos that included jorts, monochromatic looks, and sporty dressing (I’m not changing my identity over here, god!) but I was on the hunt for more colour, more accessories, and more inspiration to make everyday dressing feel like I was on a beach in the South of France.
